Our mission is to provide an awareness and emphasis on the idea that everyone without any exception can enjoy wine. We encourage a communal atmosphere where people can feel free to come together and enjoy the simple rule that great wine with great friends is always a great time.

Affiliated with the historical 4-diamond award winning Sky Room restaurant (located within the same building), The Wine Down Lounge answers the call for a savy yet unpretentious approach to retail wine shopping, as well as providing an intimate atmosphere to enjoy sommelier selected boutique wines and exceptional creative wine inspired cuisine. Featuring wine from all over the globe and Chef Juan Carlos Olvera’s cutting edge gastro-fare inspired from all over the globe, unite in this warm, modern gothic space featuring original furnishings of the historic Breaker’s Hotel (1920’s Hilton).


The Wine Down Lounge offers a revolving menu of progressive tapas and small plates, over 30+ wines by the glass, Artisan Cheeses and Charcuterie, Wine Tastings – Educational classes – Pairings, Imported and Domestic Craft Beers, experienced certified Sommeliers on staff, and an incredible 3,000+ selection of new and rare wines available for retail. The interior is dramatic yet inviting offering couch seating, a cozy loft, and heated outdoor patio. The Wine Down lounge will be available for all types of events and catering.
